Guest Room FAQs

    • 1. Can I smoke in the guest rooms?
    • All rooms are non-smoking.
    • Some facilities offer smoking areas, so please smoke there.
    • 2. I have reserved two rooms. Can you make sure they are adjoining?
    • Please note “Prefer adjoining rooms” in the Requests field when making your reservation.
    • Unfortunately, we may not be able to guarantee your request due to room occupancy status.
    • 3. What items can I borrow?
    • DAILY LIFE: Curling irons, clothing steamers, mobile chargers, nail clippers, umbrellas, thermometers, sewing sets, trouser presses, multi-type power conversion adapters, extension cords, ice packs, shoe trees, shoe polish sets, electric heaters
    • CHILDREN: Bed guards, auxiliary toilet seats, diaper buckets, bed-wetting pads, hot water temperature gauges, children's bath chair mats
    • *Please note that supplies may be limited. Please contact the Front Desk between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m
    • 4. Are amenities available in the rooms?
    • The rooms come with toothbrush sets, cotton swabs, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. Body towels, hair brushes, and shavers are available free of charge from the Front Desk.
    • *Please note that supplies may be limited. Please contact the Front Desk between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m
    • 5. Are rooms cleaned daily?
    • The Hotel does not provide a daily cleaning service.
    • However, if you wish, we will replace bath towels, face towels, and bath mats, and empty your rubbish bin. Bed-making and room cleaning is limited to once every three days.
    • *Additional room cleaning and linen replacement can be arranged for an extra charge. Please contact the Front Desk for details.

    • 1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
    • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
    • Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
    • 2. What are your cancellation policies?
    • Cancellation charges apply from two days before the date of your stay. Please contact your travel agent directly if you booked via an agent.
    • No-show: 100% of accommodation charges
    • On the day: 100% of accommodation charges
    • Day before: 100% of accommodation charges
    • 3. Can someone else in my party check in before me?
    • You can check-in, please tell us the name of the reservation person.
    • However, please note that we will confirm the identity of those who come late.
    • 4. Can you hold my luggage for me before I check in or after I check out?
    • The Hotel cannot hold Guest baggage before check-in time or after check-out time. Some Hotels have lockers, so please available them.

    • The best rate (lowest rate) at the time of reservation taken from a comparison of the official site with other internet reservation sites and under the same conditions.
